Privacy notice

This notice explains what data Las Mañanitas receives when you send a reservation or special order from this site, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it. It follows Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the protection of personal data.

What we collect

• Name, phone number and, if you wish, email address.
• Date, time and number of guests for your request.
• Occasion, preferred area, allergies or dietary needs and comments, if you write them.
• Site language and the IP address the form was sent from.

What we use it for

We use this data to manage your reservation or special order and to contact you by WhatsApp or phone. The IP address and the bot check are used only to protect the form from abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form. It receives technical data from your browser.
• WhatsApp is involved only when you press the button to send us the details. That message is subject to WhatsApp's terms.
• Google Maps loads only if you press "Show map". Nothing is sent to Google before that.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as it is needed to handle your request and to keep our internal record of reservations and orders.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data. Write to us on WhatsApp at 8749 9571 or call 2248 1593, and give your name and phone number.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use data, we will update this page.
